In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Due to the size and nature of the products, returns must be shipped securely, preferably on a pallet
All returns must be coordinated with our sales department in advance.
Unannounced returns may not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the product until it is received and inspected.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs (if any) are not refundable.
